Logistic plan of selected legal entities affected by the crisis and their response to the announced crisis and emergency measures.

The diploma thesis deals with the relationship between selected legal entities and their logistical planning, which could be affected by the crisis situation and related reactions to announced crisis and emergency measures. The aim of the work was to analyze the reactions of selected legal entities to the announced crisis situation, procedures and activities of selected legal entities within the framework of crisis and extraordinary measures outside and in society with the help of legal regulations, measures, decisions and logistical, or other relevant plans. The theoretical part contains the basic definition of concepts, definitions and terminology in the areas of logistics, characteristics of legal entities, legal regulations related to the Czech Republic, crisis management and the covid-19 epidemic. The practical part is devoted to a questionnaire survey, where respondents were approached as representatives of selected legal entities, who answered a set of questions regarding the relationship between legal entities and logistical planning in the context of reactions and activities within the framework of crisis and emergency measures. Furthermore, a clear information resource was created in the form of a checklist, which takes into account a set of activities connected with crisis or emergency measures. The created draft of the logistics plan complements and takes into account a comprehensive view of the issue and characterizes the selected legal entity. The diploma thesis and its content can be implemented in practice in the form of the use of one of the legal entities, or it can be used as study material for crisis management in legal entities such as trading companies.
The COVID-19 crisis from the perspective of the homeless

The bachelor thesis aims to represent experience of the homeless people with an epidemic of covid-19 infectious disease. The Theoretical part tries to explain the basic concepts related to this socio-economic phenomenon and describe especially its psychological aspects including needs, motivation and mental health. The second half of the theory focuses on the issues of difficult life situations, stress, coping and also summarizes known mental health implications related to the epidemic. The empirical part presents results of qualitative research which was realized in the preiod from September 2020 to May 2021. Data collection took place using a semi-structured interview. Research sample consists of 12 informants. The aim was to examine the impacts of the coronavirus epidemic on informants lives and inner experiences, as well as to identify ways and strategies to cope with the situation that has arised. The problem can be understood as an accumulation of 2 intertwining crises, which result in limited opportunities for dealing with homelesness.
Healthcare Rationing in the Context of Covid-19 Pandemic

Healthcare Rationing in the Context of Covid-19 Pandemic Abstract This thesis analyses process and means of rationalization of healthcare distribution in Czechia and the impact of covid-19 epidemic on domestic healthcare system and scarce resource allocation. First part of this thesis offers definition of right to healthcare from the constitutional and international legal point of view with the emphasis on obligations stated in the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and international charters of human rights, which are binding for Czechia. Second part of this thesis concerns the concept of healthcare rationing, its definition and justification. This part also includes the summary of basic formative criteria of healthcare rationing, which are the imperative of equality and non-discrimination, and furthermore the principles of distributive justice and economic efficiency. This part also deals with the concept of rationing in healthcare in the context of the covid-19 epidemic and the modification of ethical and legal principles of its application during the state of medical emergency.
